Who We're Hiring

We are actively hiring for the following positions in all locations:

Cleaning Positions

🏡 Residential Cleaners – No experience required, but experience is preferred. Responsible for cleaning private homes, following cleaning checklists, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
🏢 Commercial Cleaners – Must have previous experience. Responsible for cleaning office spaces, retail locations, and other commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
🏨 Airbnb Cleaners – Must have experience with turnover cleaning. Responsible for cleaning and resetting short-term rental properties quickly and efficiently to meet guest expectations.

Supervisory & Management Positions

📋 Supervisor – Oversees daily cleaning operations, ensures teams follow cleaning protocols, and assists with on-site problem-solving.
📌 Field Manager – Manages cleaning teams across multiple locations, coordinates schedules, and ensures quality standards are met.
📌 Commercial Supervisor – Specializes in overseeing commercial cleaning projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to cleaning contracts.
🌎 Area Manager – Responsible for managing operations in a designated geographic region, handling client relations, staff performance, and business growth.

Operations & Training Positions

🏗 Operations Coordinator – Handles logistics, scheduling, and communication between teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
🎓 Onboarding & Training Specialist – Trains new hires, ensures they understand cleaning protocols, and provides ongoing professional development.

Marketing & Brand Development

📢 Social Media Marketing Manager – Develops and manages social media campaigns, creates engaging content, and promotes the company’s services to attract new clients and employees.
